If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the container for a refund, less restocking fee of 20%. Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable. Please call us at 800.559.1381 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN #). Products returned without a RAN will not receive a refund.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- A 20% restocking fee and a handling fee applies to all returns

- Shipping fees, such as priority or FedEx delivery fees, are non-refundable

- Money Back Guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from HairFibersMD and not to purchases made from other retailers, vendors, distributors or any other 3rd party reseller of HairFibersMD products

- Each customer can only use the Money Back Guarantee once

- The money back guarantee applies to only one product and for only one account, one shipping address, one billing address, or one credit card number

- All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice indicating date of purchase, amount paid and the Return Authorization number

- Refunds to credit cards take 10 to 15 days.

- Lifetime Money Back Guarantee does not apply to Juveker or or other third party products.
