FREE SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME All orders receive free shipping via USPS First Class within the continental United States. Processing and delivery time for USPS First Class shipping is 4 to 8 business days depending on location and route conditions; however some customers may experience longer delays.

FEDEX SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME FedEx rates depend on location and weight of the shipment. Delivery time for FedEx Ground or Home Delivery is between 3 to 5 business days. Delivery time for FedEx Standard Overnight is one business day. Please note that there is a one day processing time even for FedEx orders (see below for details).

PROCESSING TIME Please note that most orders are processed and shipped the next business day; however some orders may take up to 3 days to be processed and shipped. For items that are out of stock, you will be notified of your order status within 12 to 36 hours. For example, if you place an order for a product on the June 1st and select FedEx 2nd Day, your order will be processed and shipped on June 2nd, and delivered by June 4th.

SHIPPING INSURANCE Please note that the buyer bears the risk of loss or damage to the goods purchased from us once the shipment is placed with the carrier. If you wish your order to be insured, you must select FedEx as the delivery method. Our standard insurance amount is $100. If you wish to purchase additional insurance on your shipment, please contact us.
